Thats a problem Targ just dont have: They rule a whole continent and have no borders. So pretty much, they still have a huuuuge amount of internal conflict. There may have been quarrels, but most were settled by the Targs because they were the overlords rather than the never ending petty differences between lords powerful and weak alike.
