How many men does Manderly have up his sleeve?

Depends, Do you mean only House Manderly, or by taking into account the houses he influences (probably including House Flint, House Hornwood, House Locke, House Woolfield andothers) as well.

By himself: 3,500 - 4,000 men I would guess.

With other houses: 7,000 - 8,000 men would be my initial guess, but the number is probably larger.

We don't know the population for white harbour, but we know that it is the smallest city in westeros. However it is the largest settlement in the north, and should be able to field the 1,500 men Manderly sent south initially on it's own.

Side note, most medieval cities had fairly large numbers of guardsmen and soldiers, the goldcloaks (2,000 policing 500,000) is actually quite small. Plus since people who live in cities aren't farmers, you can generally field a much higher percentage without famine ect.

Plus Manderly mention's ruling quite a bit of land, which would be much more densely populated than most of the north, as it should be more temperate.

Overall I'd say House Manderly could field at least 5,000 men, possible 7-8,000, though 10,000 seems a bit of a stretch. The only problem is training and equipping them all (though we know Wyman has been doing that for quite some time).

When manderly went too winterfell he took men with him. I know he has a small navy too.i believe he has already sent men up the weeping water..i also think Robert Glover is hiding with a force .i hope they take the dreadfort before the Bolton's know what hit them..hoping davos brings rickon back with the support from skagos. It would be my guess he has at least 5000 men close by him with at least 7500 still in white harbor or he has them reserve forces on those ships .they will take part in cutting the Bolton's off from the dreadfort.
