Señor de la Tormenta Posted March 3, 2014 Share Posted March 3, 2014 Robert Baratheon was the first King ever to give the Crown some power of its own, building and keeping an excellent Royal Fleet for the first time in Westeros history.That might explain some of the Debt.The Joff-Sansa marriage (if Joff was not so .....) would had given him heirs with blood and ties to 4 major houses, making his ruling line stronger than ever.
