ValarMorghulis1997
Ive read up to where arya says weese's name. Tywin is still at harrenhal so i dont see why jaqen cant kill him since hes some sort of master assassin
Dananias
It's because she's a child who's been mistreated by The Mountain's and Lorch's soldiers. She has Urswyck killed because of the story of the tavern rape and Weese because he's cruel to her. IIRC later she regrets not having Tywin or Joffrey killed. The Mountain That Flies
Arya is around 10/11 when she meets Jaquen. A 10/11 year old is going to look at their much more immediate problems that need fixing, such as the horrible guy who beats her every day or the murderous rapists she's surrounded by. It's a bit understandable she might lose sight of the big picture.
Wun Wun's Wife
I also especially wonder why she doesn't have Jaime Lannister on her list. He killed Jory.
Ko Rakharo
I don't think Arya even kept track of who killed whom in King's Landing times. I don't even remember if Arya ever mentioned Jaime Lannister in the novels except in passages about Robb while Jaime was held captive.
