It's an interesting situation: nobody wants to disarm first. The protesters have absolutely no reason to trust the self-proclaimed Ukrainian government because the latter has already pulled this "deal" trick off once before (in February). If they give up their weapons, leave the buildings and are arrested en masse, their only hope of rescue will be an overt Russian invasion. On the other hand, the Right Sector and the other protesters on the Maidan don't want to disarm and leave because they don't trust the politicians either and they don't like how soft the latter have been towards the Eastern protesters (whom they don't believe at all). Basically, there just isn't any trust left.
