I bought this in 2011 with the intention of collecting the set, 3 years on and I still only have the first book, unread :( Given the costs involved in completing an out of print set I've decided to sell my copy to be read or added to a collection, full details and photos are provided in the eBay listing - item number 251492647553. The copyright notice in the front of the book shows "This edition 2011" "1".
