Bayard
So, I've read a bunch of opinions related to the first 3 episodes, from various critics and although I haven't yet seen them for myselves to my something became clear: (so this is a spoiler to both the show and the books) So in the first episode Mance Rayder bulks his army with a new clan: the Thenns, who are supposedly cannibals. If I am wrong, and someone really has seen the episodes please correct me. I know this is not that of a major change, and probably this makes Styr even more threatening, but it kind of ruins later developments. The marriage between Alys and Sigorn is a master stroke from Jon in ADWD. If I posted in a wrong place or we are not allowed to talk about the show yet, remove the topic, it's no problem :)
Dornishwoman's Husband
There are two things about Thenns that surprised me in the TV series: 1. They are cannibals2. All of them are bald Anyway, they are such a badass. I look forward to see them in action :cool4:

Which sucks, cause Alys is like my second favourite character in all of ASoIaF.
Rhaquentis
We got plenty of episodes to get to know them better. Looking forward to seeing their axes in battle, as well as their banter with Tormund :D
averde
There's a whole thread about this in season 4 episode one section.
Nuncle Kraken
Is it possible that if the Alys plotline is included, that she marries Tormund?
JonCon's Red Beard
If they cut the Mormont ladies, I don't see why wouldn't they cut Alys. Bastards. The Northern gals kick ass.
SlowLoras
Well, at least they're not the Cave People.
Mos
Alys will most likely be cut as it looks now. There's a lot going on at the Wall next season, and correct me if I'm wrong but the only really important thing Alys did was warn Jon and the others that Stannis was stepping into a trap? They could very well give that to Melisandre or someone else. But if they do include her, Alys doesn't necessarily have to get married to a Thenn. Just marry her to another respected wildling.
