Janicia
Not sure anyone looks more powerful than the Lannisters at the moment, save the Tyrells. Stannis is not a suitable ally and the North is beaten. There's the Vale, but that is run by LIttlefinger...Olenna and Littlefinger? :D Or Aegon or the Dornish. By the beginning of season 6, Aegon or his substitute should be on the march, somebody should have consolidated control of the North, and Littlefinger and the Dornish should be in play. The map will change dramatically during season 5.
Annara Snow
Same here. I haven't seen Season 3 yet...does Olenna have any scenes with Varys? Those two could be fun. Oh yes, they did, and it sure was fun. :D

Lady Blizzardborn
I don't see space for Ageon to be in the show. Well if they cut him out there's no Dance of the Dragons 2.0. Which I suppose would save money. Imagine all the tech work required to film a flying battle on dragonback.
Ser Frasier of House Crane
I'm starting to suspect that they'll have Randyll Tarly become part of the Small Council in Season 5, in order to sort of fast-track his involvement with the story at hand. Also, I'd love to see Brendan Gleeson in the part.
