Viserys - death of exile?

It's not kinslaying when Khal Drogo kills him. I do sort of wish he stayed alive to keep Daeny on track to go to Westeros, but he deserved it and it was quite the poetic way for the Khal to answer Viserys' demands.

Viserys' death was the stepping stone Daeny needed to grow as a character. She's still growing, finding her roots, which hopefully lead her fire and blood back to Westeros.

Was Dany right to let Viserys be killed, or should she have exiled him?

Is she aware kinslaying is the worst of all crimes and should she have exiled him rather than let Khal Drogo pour gold on his head?

First, it was Drogo's call, not Dany's. She had no authority in that. Second, as has been pointed out it's an automatic death penalty for drawing a sword there. Third, exile wouldn't be acceptable to the Dothraki anyhow, and it's their land and their law.

And is kinslaying a crime in Dothrakia? I doubt it. And a brother-in-law might not even count as kin anyhow.

Exile him ?

How? Viserys was the Targaryen heir, firstborn and male. All of Dany's claim to anything is negated if Viserys disowns her. She was the khal's wife, so she had that power, but in all things Targaryen, Viserys was (ironically) correct: she cannot give him orders. If exiled at all, it would be by Dothraki law, if at all.

That raises the question of "exile to where ?" He's in Vaes Dothrak at the time, and already down to the level of being openly mocked by the common Dothraki (who do not suffer any weak man to live; they consider his life worth less than a horse's). Exile and death would be much the same.

It is a moot point - the Dothraki do not exile, they kill. Even Dany could not have saved him once he did what he did in their sacred city (drawing steel on a pregnant woman - the khal's wife, and his own sister). At most they would have waited until they left the city, and then Viserys would have been challenged and very easily killed.
