Will Bran defeat Dany?

The Tickler.

I don't now if this has been discussed previously but my main thought is that Bran could theoretically use his powers to warg into one of Danys dragons if she invades the North.

Does anybody have any thoughts on if bran could warg into a dragon and if you think this scenario could happen?

I think someone, maybe even multiple someones, will at some point warg a dragon (and before anyone crawls up my ass, yes, I know warging refers to wolves, but I use it as a catch-all, as do a lot of people). At the end of the day they're wild animals, and possessing wild animals is what wargs do. There's a reason there are five living Stark wargs, all in the same generation, an event that should statistically be nearly impossible, if the "one in a thousand" stat is true. Which implies that some force is behind it, which in turn means that force is behind it for a reason.

Maybe you have to be a greenseer to do it, in which case Bran would qualify. Maybe any skilled warg could do it (Arya and Nettles have quite a bit in common). Maybe you need to be a warg with Targaryen blood ... any of those laying around?

While Bran certainly has the potential to beat Dany, I doubt it'll come to that.

Unless it turns out that Dany goes batshit insane and starts setting everything on fire, and Bran ends up the Messiah Greenseer and Warg who defeats her with forces beyond the Wall.

Or the inverse, with Bran helping the Others claim Westeros, and Dany comes to her wits and saves Westeros from them.

Is Bran supposed to be like the most powerful greenseer ever? Is that implied?

The Stark kids in general are all pretty powerful, probably the most powerful skinchangers to have lived in thousands of years. Bran just happens to be the only one with actual training. Arya has her dreams where she takes over Nymeria, despite the fact that Nymeria is kind of on the other side of the planet, Varamyr notes Jon's exceptional skinchanging abilities immediately after seeing him for the first time, etc.

My wishful thinking: Dany marches North after conquering the South to confront Stannis/Jon, at this point Dany is an arrogant twat with Drogon burning anything in her way, Parley occurs between Dany and Stannis/Jon, Bran see's this, wargs Drogon, turns him on Dany's army then takes him beyond the wall to fight the Others.

That would be nice, but I fear Jon just isn't up to the task of warging a dragon. He seems to be able to warg Ghost, but that's about it as far as I know.

Thank you!!! It's nice to hear someone completely unsolicited speak the truth about Bran's abilities. Heard "bc Bran is the most powerful warg" used as evidence to prove arguments when without textual evidence it's just as likely that he was singled out by BR bc he was available so to speak. Begs the question if Jamie was himself that afternoon. But I've strayed off topic...my bad

Why are we assuming Bran and Dany will be enemies ? Maybe they team up, and Bran rides the dragon by skin changing into it.

Exactly I dont think they will be enemies, both of theyre dreams they were running away from "ice" meaning they are both enemies of "ice"

I actually meant Bran would warg Drogon however if R+L=J then Jon has the blood of the dragon, that plus his warging could make dragons perfect warg targets for Jon.
