They could dye Billie's hair or give her a wig Lysa-Miranda Richardson Jeremy Clarkson as the smallfolk who throw dung at Joffrey Alan Rickman as Stannis. We need a gorgeous blonde somewhere in his middle 30s.ETA: Jesse Spencer?NCW is over 40, and Ned was also 35 in the book but he was played by a 50 year old actor.Jesse Spencer looks like he's of an age with the 20 - something actors like Richard Madden, Kit Harington etc. So, basically, it would work only if we recast everyone age appropriately - i.e. teen actors playing Dany, Robb, Jon, Margaery, Loras, preteens as Sansa and Arya, Joffrey closer to his book age than his show age, younger actors playing Tyrion (someone in his mid 20s), Sandor, LF, Lysa, Cat, Ned, etc.That said, I don't see Cary Elwes as Jaime. I could never believe Mark Addy as Robert - he's fine as the drunken buffoon, but I can't imagine him winning the Iron Throne 20 years earlier [or however long it is in HBO-land]- not sure who would be a good alternative.
