Paying for the Sins of Brothers and Sisters in A Game of Thrones

I'm doing my first re-read of ASoIaF and have been noticing an important theme in AGoT: siblings paying for the sins of their siblings (sorry if this has been done to death; I only recently realized it independently).

The most obvious one happens toward the beginning of the book. Arya humiliates Joffrey near the Ruby Fork, and Nymeria "attacks" him. Nymeria runs off, so Eddard is forced to dispense the King's justice against Lady. Lady pays for the sins of Nymeria, and by extension, Sansa pays for the sins of Arya.

Next, and most imporant (at least to the plot of AGoT) is Tyrion paying for the sins of Jaime. Bran catches Jaime and Cersei bonding, so Jaime pushes Bran out of the window, paralyzing him. Littlefinger puts the blame on Tyrion, and Catelyn captures Tyrion at the Inn of the Crossroads, which results in the War of the Five Kings. Tyrion pays for the sins of Jaime (while Westeros pays for the sins of Littlefinger).

Third, Catelyn pays for the sins of her sister Lysa, although this isn't actually revealed until ASoS. Lysa poisons her husband and blames the Lannisters as part of her plot to ensare Littlefinger (little does she know he has her wrapped around his little finger). Lysa also writes the letter blaming the Lannisters. She even frees Tyrion, which could have prevented the war of five kings (Eddard for Tyrion).

I feel like there are others I'm forgetting about, but these are the major ones. Thoughts?

P.S.: Thought of one more: Eddard paying for the sins of Lyanna. This is all based on speculation and assumes that R + L = J, but if we accept that, Ned raises Jon Snow as his bastard, even though Jon is probably Lyanna's bastard with Rhaegar. This creates a permanent rift in his marriage with Catelyn, and is the only stain on his otherwise impeccable honor.

Captain Obvious, reporting for duty! Knew this idea had probably been discussed before, but I realized it on my second read-through and wanted to put it into words.

Had thought of Viserys and Dany, but forgot to include it. Sandor and Gregor's relationship is a very good example of this too.
