Sounds like Renly Baratheon to me who played at tourneys whilst King's Landing starved. Of course just like Renly did Cam-Cams did his little bit of sympathetic-but-essentially-meaningless gestures to the great unwashed like his 'hug-a-hoody' speech a while back as well as his cosying up to the 'Red top' press was also supposed to endear to the masses, Dave Cameron is also an all style and no substance politician just like Renly yes copper is definitely his metal.
