Xray the Enforcer
My precious just arrived. I just got these boots for over 50% off, which is good, considering that for full price they are probably 3x more expensive than any other shoe I own. That was my reward for surviving another school year. :smug: Not going to London, but I kind of feel like Spokane is the perfect place to go line dancing. Right? Right? Sexxxy as fuck. Elder Sister
Don't. It's an addiction. Old Gringo has a less expensive line called Yippee Kay Yay that is also pretty sharp.

Tears of Lys
I was looking at at it in red. The "Red Hot" or the "Ruby Red"?

Tears of Lys
Loved that color too. The Red Hot had too much orange in it for my liking.
Robin Of House Hill
Realistically, I have enough clothes for the time being and really have no reason to get it, but that doesn't mean I like it any less.
Robin Of House Hill
They don't have this in my size. I am distraught. http://holyclothing.com/index.php/kirra-empire-waist-gypsy-flare-babydoll-hippie-mini-sun-dress.html Would definitely have gotten it in Ruby Red. Jace, Extat
I think I'm in love with this place. http://holyclothing.com/index.php/ Your age is showing. :P I do have to say that those are some good looking skirts I've browsed through. A little conservative for my tastes, but very elegant. And that sundress is absolutely gorgeous.
Robin Of House Hill
If that's the only way my age is showing, I'm good with that. :-P

Lany Freelove Cassandra
Finally got a new interview suit and I went with navy because I loved how the color looked on me. http://i.imgur.com/NNi3uDM.jpg since I had met my clothing size goal but not my weight goal, I did look up to see if clothing sizes had changed since the 80's and they have! I was pretty surprised. I know they had changed since the 50's, I just didn't expect that much of a difference in my own life time (they are about 2 sizes bigger now than they were in the 80's it seems) http://www.cbs58.com/news/local-news/Clothing-manufacturers-lowering-sizes-to-increase-profits-187528411.htm
Deedles
That looks great! Well done. I bought a pair of patent brown heels in Ecco for work. Sadly, no picture on the website
lady narcissa
Very nice suit, Lany. Looks good! I did look up to see if clothing sizes had changed since the 80's and they have! I was pretty surprised. I know they had changed since the 50's, I just didn't expect that much of a difference in my own life time (they are about 2 sizes bigger now than they were in the 80's it seemsThe link doesn't work. But I have heard that clothes like food had been upsized and what was once sold as a size 12 is now sold as a size 8. However, this isn't consistent across all brands, some brands are actually shrinking their clothes by two sizes. I have consistently purchased Ralph Lauren blazers since the early 90s and I can still wear these older blazers. Except the ones I have from the 90s are all size 10 and the ones I buy today are all size 14. They are all about the same dimensions and measurements. I told my sister that an older size 6 is around a size 2 now, and she didn't believe me. Then I gave her a coat I no longer wear that is a size 6 - she was stunned. :stunned:
Fragile Bird
I just came back from a shopping trip to an outlet mall near Niagara Falls, NY, and my friends' daughter told us she was utterly shocked to find out she was a size 1 in the US.
