Hooded Man theory?

There are a lot of possibilities of who the hooded man/ ghost of winterfell is and personally I like Theon Durden the best:) I don't like the Ben Stark or Septon ones because it doesn't seem realistic for Ben to come back and the Septon isn't really a major character it's kinda like "oh, so it was just some random dude then?"

Any to the point and apologies If this has already been thought of but, I think the hooded man may be Howland Reed! I can't quote the scene exactly but here's a few points of "evidence"

-he calls him kinslayer this may be because of his great friendship to Ned and that since Jon is technically Neds son then why differentiate that Theon isn't one?

-He knows Winterfell, he was Eddards best friend so it's plausible he knows at least some knowledge of Winterfell, maybe Ned trusted Howland to look out for his family if something went wrong? So up he jumps from the neck and makes his way to Winterfell after hearing Arya is there?

-Theon doesn't recognise him, why would he? He wouldn't care about the cranogman now would he? Even if he was his captives best friend?

-Meera and Jojen were at Winterfell, it may be plausible that he got worried and made his way to the ruins to see if his children got out alive? And by the time he stopped searching BAM Bolton host turns up with Manderly being all like "would you like Freys with that?"

-GRRM has said we're going to meet Howland so maybe this is it?

So yeah it's a little crackpot and as I said I can't directly quote it but yeah there you go

I personally think the hooded man was just that, a hooded man. Some random drunken soldier stumblling around the castle that decided to remind Theon Turncloak of his place. Its an illustration of just how far "the prince of Winterfell" has fallen that any random jag can just walk right up to him and threaten his life without fear of Theon attacking him or being punished for bullying him. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
