Westeros Battle Tournament 5

Recommended Posts

Sure! Welcome! The GM (Sword of the Morning Wood) is afk for a few days I believe, but you should be in when he gets back. If you haven't already, go ahead and send him a list of preferences for your kingdom (ranking them from your most preferred to least preferred, like a draft)

oooh, what did I miss?

I've been doing a "job", which apparently pays something called "money", which I believe I can exchange for goods and services :dunno:

Don't do it! It's a dirty trick to steal your soul. 25 years from now you'll still be a slave to this evil money-thing. I really wish I'd just chosen professional student as my career. This "job" thing is for the birds.

OK, Corvo's been MIA for a week now. I'd like to give him a bit of time seeing as we're at the start of the tournament but incase he doesn't show up would anyone like to be a reserve/know anyone who could be a reserve? If not, Spoon will just get a bye into the semis.

I'll set the deadline for deployments as Thursday evening BST. If Corvo doesn't show and we don't have a reserve by then, Spoon will just go through.

Quarter Final 1 - The Stormlands (Corvo) vs Dorne (Valyrian Spoon)

This battlefield is flat grassland. A slow shallow river runs through it from east to west. It is 50 m wide and can be crossed without too much difficulty. The land 20 m either side of the river is muddy and boggy however.

The Stormlands approach from the north, Dorne from the south.

The are high cliffs about a third of the way in from the western edge of this battlefield. At their highest, they are 100 m high. Steep slopes lead up to the cliff tops from the north and the south, in the western corners of the battlefield. The rest of the field is flat, solid ground.

The Crownlands approach from the north, The Westerlands from the south.

This battlefield takes places in the fertile farmlands of The Reach. The the middle of the battlefield, runs a narrow road, which leads to a small farmhouse (long abandonded due to the war). The farmhouse is 20 m x 20 m, one storied, made of bricks with a straw roof and plenty of windows on all sides. A fence runs round the farmhouse in a square of 40 m x 40 m.

The North approach from the north, The Riverlands from the south.
