Malware issues from board advertising?

I have been having multiple issues with something called 'outobox' and its derivatives over the past two weeks. I have updated all my firewalls, spyware and adware programs. To date, I have attempted 10 different programs (including Norton, AntiSpyWare, AVG, Avast, ADW Cleaner, Junkware Removal, Malwarbytes and Hitman Pro. None of them seem to be able to get rid of this outobox alert which randomly kicks me offline and takes over my browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox are all having the same issues). The problem seems worse when I am in chat and intensified once I started following the World Cup.

Any suggestions? If I have to pay $250 to get this computer restored, then I would rather trash it and wait a couple months and move on to an IMAC. I am fed up with Microsoft.
