At least every time he begins maniacally laughing we will know a Stark is set to die. I am half-kidding. A live-stream is likely not going to happen unless we somehow were able to raise and pour 7 figures into GRRM's lap, but I wouldn't want to change the series. I would love to have a camera put up and a documentary of sorts released along with the book, or perhaps after the final book in the series.
