Corona Radiata Posted August 15, 2014 Share Posted August 15, 2014 It's nearly impossible to pay attention to what is going on with the amount of quick cuts Graves uses during one on one fight scenes. The three examples that spring to mind are - Hound vs Beric- Oberyn vs Mountain- Hound vs Brienne I love the choreography, acting, etc in these scenes. I just wish you were able to focus on a camera angle for more than a millisecond. I preferred the way that the Season 1 fights were filmed such as Jaime/Ned, Bronn/Vardis, Jorah/Qotho and Drogo/Mago. I still love the Oberyn and Mountain fight regardless. I just think Graves should chill the fuck out with the rapid fire camera work when he returns to the show.
