Jon's Queen Consort
Yeah but almost anyone knows that the Stark boys are alive, and Robb was a 16 year old boy i dobt he would remember that Huh? I don't believe that this is correct.
LordQorgyle
Huh? I don't believe that this is correct. The only person that know are the Bolton's, Robett Glover, Wyman Manderly, Theon and Davos...

You said "almost anyone knows that the Stark boys are alive". Not almost anyone know that they are alive. Wyman, Glover and Davos know only about Rickon. In any case it doesn't matter. I believe that in order to prevent any pretender from claiming the Throne Robb disinherited all his full siblings.
Lady Blizzardborn
Wrong a trueborn male son comes ALWAYS before a legitimized bastard Unless that legitimized bastard has been named heir by the king himself. Robb chose Jon to succeed him, which he would have done even if he knew that Bran and Rickon were alive. Robb knew better than to ask the men of the North to follow a 7/8 year old or a 3/4 year old. aryagonnakill#2
As per GRRM Brandon may have left a bastard daughter, but he had no son.
Rhaegal Targaryen
It's true that in recent times, the Starks have become quite scarce. There's not many of them in the present generatons. Some may say it's because Ned's siblings died. Brandon died before he had sons, and Lyanna is also dead, and Benjen joined the Night's Watch which means he doesn't have descendants either.Although later in the interview he mentions how it's possible Brandon fathered bastards around:It'd be an exaggeration to say that Brandon died before he could have children. It's established in the books that he was no virgin. He could very well have left behind some little Snows in the various places he visited. But what's absolutely clear is that he had no legitimate children. http://www.westeros....ew_in_Barcelona It must be made clear that Brandon never fathered any sons, only some bastard daughters. Rhaenys_Targaryen
Seeing as how Edric was born in 287AC, and Brandon died in 282AC (and Ashara in 283AC), it isn't possible ;) Wrong Edric would come before Jon because he would be the son of Lord Rickard's heirIf Brandon and Ashara had had a child, the child would have been a bastard. So he would be nowhere in the succession.

Rhaegal Targaryen
GRRM talks about Starks. Bastard sons wouldn't be Starks either. GRRM said that Brandon did not have any sons which indicates there are no sons at all, neither legitimate nor illigitimate.Illigitimate daughters through are a good possibility and Ashara's daughter stillborn or not definetely comes into our minds. Νοt really. He clearly talks about legimate sons. He said nothing about illegimate sons, they wouldn't had been Starks they would had been Snows. Rhaenys_Targaryen
That is what we know. But that doesn't mean that is the truth. It would mean that Ashara and her mother were pregnant at the same time, though, in order to pull it off that Allyria is a trueborn Dayne. And the scenario of Allyria = Ashara's daughter raises more questions than it can answer, IMO.

Rhaenys_Targaryen
Not really. The mother could had simply faked the pregnancy. And no one would be suspicious that they were pregnant at the same time? Also, why? The damage was already done. Ashara was pregnant, yet unmarried. Whether the child lived or died, her reputation was damaged. There was no fixing that. So instead of faking a pregnancy and pretending that the bastard died, just keep the bastard. It is Dorne, and in Dorne, there is no shame in keeping bastards around, it seems.
