Lady Stoneheart's favourite game

The ASOIF phrase guessing game reminded me of hangman and considering how much this pastime is enjoyed by many in Westeros, especially in the Riverlands, I think we need this game here as well.

The rules are the following:

The host gives the number of letters (and words) of a word, name or phrase by replacing each letter by a "-", e.g. ------ -- ------ for Winter is coming.

The players may ask for letters.

If the letter is in the riddle the host will fill it in, e.g. if "i" is guessed for our example the host would reveal -i---- i- ---i--.

If the letter is not in the riddle, e.g. an "a" for our example, a part of a gibbet will build.

A player needs to guess the correct answer in order to win. If the gibbet gets complited the host wins.

Should the game turn out to be to easy with the current rules, the number of steps of gibbet building could be reduced...
