Of course he would likely need to get it from Sam first, so when will Slayer be back at the worlds biggest ice cube? I'm done being facetious now. There was a horn that Jon came across in ACOK with the obsidian daggers cache. He gave this horn to Sam, who in turn took it with him to Oldtown. Hodor is simple and mentally challenged...I'm wondering if Patchface may be a puppet of someone or something else. (incidentally, if he is, I don't think it is Bloodraven doing it...just a feeling, I have no proof one way or the other) Patchface is easily one of the scariest characters in ASOIAF and there's more to him than we've been shown.
