Can we talk about how happy Robb would be for Jon if R&L=J?

Assuming Robb were alive for that revelation about Jon's parentage and if that is indeed Jon's parentage. I think more than any other character in the story Robb would be thrilled to hear his bastard brother was actually a true born child. Not just true born but also royalty from a legendary house. I think if a push ever came to get Jon on the throne, Robb as the king in the North would have gladly bent the knee to Jon and fought for him

Even if R+L=J Jon is still a bastard. Rhaegar was already married any ceremony he had marrying Lyanna is irrelevant as long as Ellia is alive.

I thought there might be some flexibility here. Like precedent for Targ royalty to have more than one wife? I could be wrong

Aegon I had two wives and both were his sisters. I think that the Targaryens were fairly flexible with their marriages.

Early Targaryen kings practiced polygamy. Aegon the conquerer married both his sisters.

"Maegor the Cruel has multiple wives, from lines outside his own, so there was and is precedent. However, the extent to which the Targaryen kings could defy convention, the Faith, and the opinions of the other lords decreased markedly after they no longer had dragons. If you have a dragon, you can have as many wives as you want, and people are less likely to object."

Even bastard born he'd have the best claim to the throne if Dany dies and Aegon is revealed as a fake

That's true. It's much like Jon's position with the Starks. Stannis wants him to be the heir to Winterfell despite him being a bastard.

I don't think it precludes him from being King but it's not accurate to say that he's a true born son.

Robb would be happy that Jon finally has some closure about his parentage.

But, considering the time in which this news could have been told, if they were still trying to fight the Lannisters, some idiot could have tried to make Jon King of Westeros based on that.

Yes, I'm talking to you, Greatjon.

Come on you are fooling yourself most people may love the idea, but Robb ,Bran, Arya would absolutely hate it ,the brother they love is there cousin . Catelyn would love it until she realize as the son of a prince and the daughter of lord Stark he can take Winterfell if he choses .Sansa would be disappointed because she treated Jon kinda shabbily .Rickon wouldn't care .

The thing that irks me about the precedent argument is that there's two known Targaryen cases for it. The guy who, along with his two sisters/wives, had 3 flying furnaces that literally rained fire down upon people who opposed them, and the guy who came after who was known as "the Cruel" (and also had a flying deodorant can with a lighter) . The precedent is that the Faith turned a blind eye to the incest and polygamy because of the threat of dragon reprisal. Rhaegar did not have that. For all we know, he didn't even have the blessing of a septon and just got married in front of a weirwood tree, and that's even more problematic because as far as I know there is no precedent for the Old Gods being accepting of polygamy (and I stress the difference between Wildling culture and the Old Gods religious beliefs here). And in the end, a polygamous marriage (as it's postulated in this series) means nothing unless the people that matter say it does. Essentially, Rhaegar could have married a thousand women and not one of those marriages would count unless everybody else says "You know what, that's ok with us". I mean Aegon the Conqueror himself had to make sure the Faith was appeased. I look forward to seeing how Rhaegar appeased the Faith, and not some random septon or tree.

But that's just my 2c, don't let it rain on your parade.

I actually would argue that Catelyn would be the happiest to find out that her Ned, never dishonored her or himself by breaking their marriage vows. Of course she'd feel really bad for how cruel she had been to Jon and might fear reprisal, but I think when she closed her eyes, she'd smile.

Robb, I can see going both ways. All of Robb's affection and acceptance of Jon was optional, because he was the heir and he could have treated Jon like he did and feel good that he's being magnanimous or he could have treated Jon like Sansa did if he felt like it and no one would have batted an eye (maybe Ned). Now you find out that your charity case, the relationship which made you feel good about yourself that you were the bigger man on top of being the most important of the Stark kids, is now the one who gets to choose how the relationship goes and you have to take it because he is now the top dog. I don't know exactly how Robb the Lord or the King in the North would take being usurped (even if rightfully) as the most important person in Stark immediate family.

I agree that Robb would be happy that Jon has finally some closure about his parentage. I don't think that it would change anything for him if Jon is his cousin or half-brother, Robb would propably be happy to learn that his father never cheated on his mother but accepted the dishonor in order to protect Jon.

But, it is true that it would change the power dynamic between Robb and Jon. So far, Jon's bastard status was a non-say between Robb and Jon (except that one when they were kid "Mother says that you can never be Lord of Winterfell, you are a bastard") and Robb had always the upper-hand because he was the heir of Winterfell, and it seems that each times that Jon bested Robb in anything, it was not appreciated. Now, learning that your supposed bastard brother could be in fact the heir to the throne... There could some jealousy or rivalry involved.
