At the end of TDwD yes.

TWoW Spoiler:

Spoiler
In the Theon Chapter in TWoW, Theon tells Stannis that Ramsay is coming to fetch his escaped bride and his Reek.

Theon assumes that Ramsay will lead the attack. There is no way he can know for sure. IMO, Ramsay leading the attack makes little sense to me. As it stands the Boltons are in a win-win situation. If the Frey-Manderly forces win, the Boltons win. If the Frey-Manderly forces lose then the Boltons are still safely tucked away in Winterfell.

If Stannis does take Winterfell he will do so through some sort of deception because he lacks the strength to storm the castle and cannot mount a prolonged siege.

Is this something you know or something you think?

GRRM said during a Game of Thrones panel at Comic Con that Jeyne would be in the prologue. Unlikely that she would be in the North but I suppose it's possible. If the Blackfish was able to pull the switcheroo with Jeyne's sister he could have fled to the North with the real Jeyne.

We do not know the prologue is not in the North. We only know that Rob's wife is in it. While tmay makes it unlikely to be at Winterfell it can not be ruled out.

How did Jeyne successfully escape a huge armed escort made up of Jaime's best men without anyone knowing about it? And how did she go to WF without anyone knowing about it?
