Lord Varys
That's not necessarily about 'Fire and Blood', we all know that that one is supposed to be coming, but rather about other books in the type of TWoIaF that could (or perhaps should) be published if TWoIaF is a success. I, personally, would eventually like a version of the White Book, although that would perhaps have to wait until 'Fire and Blood' or the end of the series to include all the coming Kings- and Queensguards. Another cool thing could be two-banded volume of Lomas Longstriders 'Wonders' and 'Wonders Made by Men'. Such a thing could turn out part travelogue, part travel guide, capturing the atmosphere of Lomas' day and age (and giving details about his own life), and part history book as he gives a lot more details on the places he visited than the TWoIaF could. As an in-universe item such a thing could also turn out to be Tyrion's volume, including comments from him about the places he really longs to see. Any other ideas? King Tyrion I
That would be a great idea/book.And Tyrion's comments enhancing and illustrating it.
midi
"Dragonlore" by Tyrion Lannister would be the in-universe book that I would most like to see. Or maybe "The Death of Dragons" by an unknown author. The White Book would be awesome too. It would be a pain to list all the authors though LOL
AryaNymeriaVisenya
A book of mythology and tales. In the form of how Old Nan would tell them. So not, 'The First Men Believe...' but 'Once there was a cook in the Night's Watch' So a series of Short Stories about the Grey King, Symeon Star Eyes, The Nights King etc.
Lord Varys
ANV, that would be really interesting. It could be a sort of 'critical edition', with a maester preface and commentaries, but the stories itself should indeed be downright superstitious fairy-tales. I'd really like something like that! And he could make up ones not mentioned in the novels too. They can be quasi historical or downright made up. Or even make it a collection of the folk tales and songs of Westeros. I graduated in Lit, I like the idea of a Literature maester.
Steelborn
Lomas Longstrider's travel around the globe would be superb. Also, a complete tale for the Age of Heroes. edit: typo.

Annals of the Black Centaur comes to mind but maybe one since the Targaryen's came, to note the decline and hardship. Although a better story would be the glory days, maybe as a comparison. Rhaenys_Targaryen
Well, the White Book naturally would be splendid to read.Personally, I wouldn't say no to King Daeron I's book on the Conquest of Dorne, or to Mushroom's The Testimony of Mushroom, either ;) :)
Lord Varys
Colloquo Votar's Jade Compendium could also make a marvelous book, I guess, delving very deep into the history of all the lands of the Jade Sea.
Urraxbane
I'd rather see a book about Essosi history. I just finished reading TWOIAF and it was severly lacking in that aspect. Some parts felt like they were there simply because people would complain if they were missing. Myr, Tyrosh and Pentos are good examples.
