Salafi Stannis
Which location in Westeros would you desrcibe your hometown? Are you kicking it in the Reach, sweating buckets in Dorne or freezing your bollocks off at the Wall? Do you live in Lannisport, Kings Landing, White Harbor? Lady Blizzardborn
There are no castles where I live. :bawl: :crying: I'd be somewhere in the North. Possibly the Neck, with all the bogs around here. Ooh! Maybe there is a castle, only I haven't seen it because it keeps moving around.
Led
Well, I live in a very old city with a 500+ year old university, so... Oldtown? :dunno:
HouseStark97
Winterfell (Before burning) or probably White Harbor.
Hutch
Moles town. I wish everything was under ground though. It would save a hell of a lot on the heating bills.
Bryanfury
I dunno, can't really think of an area in Westeros similar to Auckland. Riverlands is probably closest

Sullen
Mountain city on an island, supposedly in the north, though I'd argue that our climate is really mild. Any guesses?

I'm in South Florida, so between the Reach/Dorne, minus mountains.

Lord Lannister
I live in a college town, so I guess Oldtown with the Citadel would fit.
Lady Blizzardborn
The Sullen Sellsword, how about Braavos? I don't think they have mountains, but the climate is ok.
Noelle Snow
Northern City on the East coast - White Harbour. Based on location, yes I'd say White Harbor is the closest as I'm also in a northern city on the east coast. However it's NYC so in terms of being cosmopolitan it'd likely be Lannisport I guess? Taenqyrhae
I'm from Dallas, TX, so I think Hellholt would be a good choice. Inland, on a river, in a hot but not completely arid area.
Unbent_Unbroken
I live in Sacramento, so the Riverlands for sure. Riverrun itself? Poor Sactown.

I'd think Sacramento would be somewhere in the Westerlands, not too far inland, on a river...Casterly Rock? Also a good choice because it's a seat of government if not necessarily the largest city in the region.
