Though the way I remember is that Aghrivaine asked to be knighted at the BwB party and GRRM said he would only knight us if we went on a quest to Pat's cheesesteak. Aggie drove him but got lost and we thought he kidnapped George! They arrived late but made it and after cheesesteaks were consumed, GRRM knighted us. But Aggie wasn't the first one knighted.
