I sometimes eat as late as 7:30 due to work, but don't sleep prior to 10:30 on these nights... now I'm wondering about all the people I know with these symptoms like throat clearing and post nasal drip!! I like to eat a bit later--I usually start cooking around 7, so I usually finish eating around 8 or so, but it's easy for me to get behind and eat later. My bf likes to eat early. Like 4 PM early. He has trouble sleeping if he eats late and his stomach gets very upset. We try to eat at 6 as a compromise (when he is home). We usually go to bed between 10 and 11.
