The Tyrells might oust Cersei before their last defeat. (This is plain. Should Tyrells and Lannisters fall apart and take on each other, the winner would be easy prey to anyone on the screen.) She also possesses the incredible fighting ability that would make her an attractive champion for one of Cersei's foes, perhaps Margaery, perhaps another significant opponent further into the story, maybe even Jaimie himself? She holds no traditional beauty that Cersei would find remotely threatening and yet she seems like the perfectly placed "out of left field" young up and coming character to fulfill the prophecy. Myrcella aligning herself with the Dornish against her mother presents another compelling scenario, but Brienne snatching away her lifelong soulmate and lover Jaimie has to automatically make her the frontrunner.
