OmnomnomPomelo
I personally really care for Barristan Selmy, he's one of my favourite characters.Whatdo you think? Will he survive till the end or die at a point?I really hope that he can see again his home Harvest Hall once again and die with a smile, either die coz of old age or with sword in his hand against a worthy enemy. Pox Americana
At the age of 80, with a belly fully of wine, and... you know the rest. Really though, Ser Barristan would probably wants nothing more than to die doing his job.

Griffin's Roost
I hope he dies serving Dany loyally. that's what he wants and he really deserves it. I have a feeling though that Jorah is going to convince Dany that Barristan is really the one to not trust and have him killed

The Weirwoods Eyes
I think he dies in the upcoming Battle. I see him fighting like a true warrior and going down in a literal blaze of glory with Dragon fire and blood and swords all flying across the field of battle. Lord Lannister
He seems likely to die in the upcoming Smuggler's Bay battle. His whole POV really seemed forced to me, just as a placeholder character while Dany's away from Mereen.

Elizarys Stark
I do love Ser Grandfather, but my money says he dies with the Shavepate's knife in his back or opening his throat, as he realizes Shavey was the one who poisoned the locusts and he went to war based on a lie. Blackfish Tully
He seems likely to die in the upcoming Smuggler's Bay battle. His whole POV really seemed forced to me, just as a placeholder character while Dany's away from Mereen. I loved his POV . It was one of the best things about the book. His inner thoughts on him saving Aerys at Duskendale and how he loved Ashara and his battle with Khrazz were some of my favorite parts of the book. Barristan has so much knowledge about events that happened in the last 50 years . He is a walking history book on the Seven Kingdoms. His interactions with Tyrion , Victarion , Jorah and Daario in the next book is going to be priceless if he survives the battle.
Table8
He will die very quickly in WoW. GRRM already has said he's chopping POV heads to move the story. We already have Tyrion an Vic in Meereen, and Dany not too far away. Sorry, but you should brace yourself.

I thought about this too, but I think it'd be really sad if Barristan dies in a duel.
