(NEW)Sixth shot is of the Unsullied from 3x04.Seventh shot is of Littlefinger smashing the necklace from 4x03.Eighth shot is Jaime breaking Tyrion out from 4x10.Ninth shot is from the battle of Castle Black when Styr knocks Jon's sword away in 4x09.Tenth shot's bearded guy is from season 4, but after skimming through all of Jon's scenes I never found a scene of him seated while wearing that fur cloak. Of course they've been nowhere near as good as the new shots a year-ender would give us...but then that's coming out this coming Sunday as IIRC I saw the someone comment above.
