giant snake Posted January 11, 2015 Share Posted January 11, 2015 I know that we haven't seen him in the books yet, as far as we know, but think about it; Viggo has that wiry look that perfectly fits the description of the Crannogmen.Obviously he starred with Sean Bean as a companion in the Lord of the Rings - what a great nod to that to have him play the supporting companion from the story's past in this one! That is one of the things I like about him, with another being that he is an artist in his spare time. I don't think GoT is beneath him though. He was in GI Jane, remember. It would be interesting to see him as a villain!I don't really care about his height. They can make Daxos black (and kill him off) so they can make Howland tall. ~DarkHorse~ Posted January 30, 2015 Share Posted January 30, 2015 Nah, he'll be cut or they'll have a relatively known character take over his role. :P Personally, I think the show will just have Jon discover his parentage through a vision, rather than having a stranger (that the audience don't know or give a damn about) turn up and reveal something as important.
