There is no one who should be king if you are coming from a moral standpoint. Kingdoms are a barbaric form of government that only benefit the people in power and shits on everyone else. If you are asking who is the real heir to the throne then the answer is not black and white. Dany and Stannis have equal claims to the throne. It really depends on who you support more.
