So according to Bustle Joffrey isn't the most hated character, that goes to Once Upon A Time's Regina Mills.

My question is in your opinion what's the worst character you've seen on TV?

Doesn't have to be personality wise, you just think they're badly written

Mine are:

Regina Mills from ouat and Katrina Crane from Sleepy Hollow

It's weird to me that you linked an article and then asked a question that's basically the opposite of what the article was about. So like the above poster I'm gonna answer both.

Most evil: Hannibal Lecter, obviously.

Worst written: I never finished the first season (not because I didn't like it, just life got in the way then I never caught back up) so she may have improved but, from what I saw then, Ollie's little sister from Arrow.

Most evil character - Merrick from Jewel in the Crown. Filmed in the eighties, apparently the actor still gets hate mail.

Character I find annoying to watch - this embarrasses me a bit, since I try not to join any of the bandwagons of irrational hatred that seem to accumulate around female characters. But - Juliet from Grimm. She was a bit better in S2/3, but now she's going downhill again. Her pointiness irks me irrationally and humiliatingly, and her characterization isn't robust enough for a daft adventure series. She just ends up as the party pooper all the time.

For the sake of gender equality, I'll also mention Michael Vaughn from Alias. Not really annoying, just deeply, deeply boring.

I actually like Regina from OuaT a lot. The actress is magnificent, even if the writing isn't always that good. She should open a school that teaches eye flashes and dramatic swooping.

Liked Skylar too.

Didn't like Ziggy, but I thought he was absolutely meant to be annoying, and by the end of the season I felt for him, even if I was furious with him at the same time. A successful character, I think, although certainly not a likable one.

Won't ever understand the extreme hate for Skylar.

Also...worst character and then you link the best character from OUAT.

When I first started watching Breaking Bad I was expecting to loathe Skylar. I had heard so much about "Walt's awful wife" but honestly, I don't understand the hate either. I think people dislike her because she kept getting in Walt's way, but I don't think you can blame her for that. :dunno:
