I was gonna post this myself, Yes I think it is totally legit. It makes sense, and her story is too important to Brienne, Jaime, Pod and the BwB. It also explains why they didn't show Gendry once last season, I think he is back with the BwB and LS. Someone also leaked a picture that page of the script but it could easily be fake, but I don't think anyone would bother to fake it.

  • 1 month later...

The last scene of S5 will be "For The Watch". Come on guys, it's time to let go of LSH ever being on the show and Jon's Caesar moment is the absolute best way to leave the audience dangling on a cliff for 9 months.

The time for this will be after the series is over

I think the final scene will either be Jon's moment or Daenerys flying....the clue is that the show runners said the ending is from the published material so it won't be any kind of scene like the one that ended Oathkeeper

End of season 5 is a bit late to bring in Stoneheart. Either she will pop up mid season when Brienne tries to get Jamie to go to her perhaps? I personally think the ship has sailed, Stoneheart is not going to happen. As for the final scene of season 5 - Jon Snow getting stabbed and lying there bleeding in the snow.

Edit - I suppose they could bring her in actually since the current theory is she will give her life for Jon's life.

I think it's been too long. Unsullied aren't even going to know who she is at this point.

Would've been the perfect cliffhanger for s4, almost exactly a year removed from TRW. Would've been the perfect send off into the "offseason." Now? I don't think so. At least nowhere near as much as before.

Yeah I do agree, it's been far too long. This season will end with either Jon's Ceaser moment or Dany riding Drogon in the Dothraki sea.

They've waited too long for a Stoneheart reveal IMO. Half the audience probably wouldn't even remember her

The last time the audience saw her was after having her throat slit and then a silent, screen-fade-to-black-credits-roll. Half of the audience probably couldn't speak for the next 5 minutes or so out of shock, so yeah, if there were ANY character that would be remembered by the audience...it would be her.

I hope Dave and Dan snookered us and there will be fAegon, Kingsmoot and Stoneheart in this season.

Many correctly guessed Arya going to Braavos as the final scene in season 4 and the Snow Pocalypse being the final scene in season 2.

I think the final scene in Season 5 will be, "For the Watch" as the whole off season we will wonder if HE lives or dies?

So two seasons post death, she's going to show up in the woods zombified, unsolicited to everything that just occurred in this upcoming season and everyone is going to say "oh wow, that's zombie Cat Stark! Awesome!"

No way. It would be an awkward response more similar to "Wait, what? Who is that? Who? Cat Stark? I thought she died? She's a white walker now? How come?"

The reveal in the books is the epilogue of the same book where her death occurs. You go through a couple hundred pages the hit lands. Last season, one year removed from The Red Wedding would've been excellent.

Two years removed is awkward. So she's been lurking in the woods for two seasons with no mention? Yeah I guess. But thats lazy writing, or at least writing that screams these guys have no idea what they're doing. Adding her now is a borderline panic move.

What's lazy writing is having no repercussions for RW in season 4.
