Someone can't sit still in his chair.

From your review it would seem that the show is combining Tyrion with Aegon and Quin, that's just a guess.

If it's ok I am going to mix some of the HBO special, I am very curious about a scene in the trailer that seems to show something standing next to the Wildling approaching the gate. Also in the special Jon appears to be looking up at something, perhaps a giant that is shown in the story board. Or is it something else, something bigger? I think it's probably just a giant, but I am leaving an option open for something else. Part of me is wondering if they will try and mirror the speculative Dance from Dance as Jon is in his classic black and Dany is seen so far to only be in White.

One thought I have always had on the Cersei prophecy is that Martin has put a sort of M60 in the trunk and plans on using it later. It is not a major prophecy and only adds a little backstory but it set a prophet at the Tourney of Lannisport, and also places is Rhaegar there who was known to have an intrest in prophecies.

Some of what I included is clearly book oriented but I am going of some of the speculation in Ran's linked video discussion of the trailer. If you need it taken down just let me know, I know this is the show forum and I am trying not to post much in the way of book spoilers, just what was discussed in one of the linked videos video.

That is an intresting notion of Sansa at Winterfell, could this be a mixing of Jeyne and Sansa to some extent?

Think its still a little early to guess about Sansa but if she was to go to Winterfell (which I don't think she is) I think it'd be in more of a Lady Dustin role. I think she'd bring on LF's behalf Farya and oversee the wedding and WF shenanigans. She may even be the show's equivalent to the ghost in winterfell as silly as that sounds now.

I guess everyone realizes the giant was in concept art?

I may appear on the show. However Jon has seen giants before so it would be nothing new to him.

Is that an allied force giant?

Can a giant become a Wight? A mammoth?

On the guys at Meereen with masks.

In the book it was, of course, the Brazen Beasts.

My guess is there will be no Brazen Beasts on the show.

I think D&D liked the mask idea so much they outfitted the Sons of the Harpy with masks.

If they are called Sons of the Harpy seems likely, hope they are not called Brazen Beasts!

Someone said Sons of the Harpy also , sometimes, wore masks. Don't remember.

Then they may get a new name altogether.

Seems , as in the book there will be sworn slave allies led by Keyr , but don't know how much this will be developed.

Could be both they seem to be doing something like that with Tyrion, some sort of amalgamation of characters, blendding in different parts of their plots' and sub plots.

I assume there is a giant there form the concept art and of course we would not see it during filming. Alied giant? Wun Wun for the win? Maybe, probably more than likely. Jon has seen giants but if he does not know it's purpose and it is approaching him, I might shit myself too.

Can Giant's and Mammoths become Wight's? I am assuming other people and Animals do.

I am wondering if we get again another amalgamation of the Brazens and the Harpies, they become one and the same.

What's the deal with Dany wearing white or something white-ish all the time?

The wedding dress makes sense. No blue?

She does not always where white, in fact she does not wear white often to date, blue has common color, ummm riding leathers, stuff like that. But I have seen her in multiple white outfits in multiple scenes. The White and the Black is more book speculation. It gets into cyclical aspects of the story, yin yang effect, shared or mirrored parallels, inversion, contrast, and so on. I don't want to get into to much book stuff, but a lot of people believe Martin did not call A Dance with Dragons, A Dance with Dragons for no reason. How do I put it trailer wise? Notice the door Arya is looking at now look at Jon and Dany. I am sure you know what I am talking about. It gets into symboilism and stuff, consider them clues if you would like or not. There is the theory of the unity of opposition, Ice and Fire, repetative cycles, the Sun and the Moon and the Dragons, Azor and Nissa and Lightbringer, things like, contrasting parallels unifying to create something new.

Interesting food for thought, at 24:24 of a day in the life on Youtube, it actually looks like the Gold Masks (in good quality attire) are attacking what looks like Unsullied

Kinda makes sense show wise, having all 3 of Unsullied, Brazen Beasts and Sons of the harpy may be confusing, so easier to have it simply as Sons of the Harpy versus the Unsullied, and Sons of Harpy are easily identified on a visual medium with Gold Masks that contrasts strongly with Brown armoured Unsullied. It actually seems like a good idea to blend Sons and BB as the Gold Masks look quite good IMO

Tyrion, just a thought on Selmy and Tyrion, Selmy could be one of the Prisoners exchanged for the wedding, and Tyrion is also at the Pit with Dany during the Gladiator fight. So were has he gone? Just a guess but he may free the 2 Dragons. Not sure if he will do it then.

Ran mentions the Hardhome dry run theory in the video. I am wondering if it was a dry run or maybe Martin created a parallel to the Doom to drop a clue about it. The doom of Hardhome section is not all that big, so maybe later in the books we find out a little more about it and it points to some things about the Doom, could be FM, but do they have magic geological powers for detecting Volacnoes in other countries, or did something similar to Valyria happen there and Martin was clue dropping.

I thought everyone had seen it, there is a sneak picture taken during production at the Pit which shows Tyrion in the Pit with the Unsullied and Team Dany. The only one missing from the royal viewing stand is Hizzy.

The preview video , when freeze framed, has a weird place on it where it looks as if Tyrion has been 'photo shopped' out. I guess not every one has seen sneaky peek photos?

I think Hizzy bought Tyrion and has him on the stand for amusement. It's been thought Selmy is not there because he would recognize Tyrion. Jorah should to be he is busy.

A good question, on the show, just were the heck does Tyrion go?

Regarding Trystane Martell... I have two theories:

1. He is going to fulfill the (f)Aegon role (as Elio speculates) - either as Aegon or another remote Targaryen

2. He is going to fulfill the Quentin Martell role... Disappear mid-season, then show up as a twist at Dany's court.

Either is plausible, I think.

As far as Sansa. Either:

1. She is heading to Winterfell under disguise

2. She is taking on some of the Lady Stoneheart attributes, working for vengeance with Littlefinger in the riverlands

I agree with the trystane predictions he cannot just be a myrcella love interest but the fact they cut arianne means he is young griff. I was thinking of another option for sansa could be her going south to highgarden. It would explain why olenna is saying her line to littlefinger most likely and it makes a lot of sense in terms of her narrative. I think sansa will lose a lot of her stark identity which is why her direwolf is dead and i believe going to winterfell now is much too soon for her arc.
