The Onion Kniggit
Got House Haigh, a vassal of the Freys who actively participated in the Red Wedding, one of the most treacherous and horrific events in recent memory to pledge support the one man reputably terrifying for his sense of justice and ruthlessness in dealing with traitors. Unless of course the show writers completed canned the book version of the Haighs.
Lord Davos Baratheon
Maybe they did just that. There's no relation whatsoever.
Roose is Azor Ahai
Or Haighs were horrified about Red Wedding in the show, tho members of it participated in it in books. I believe Grey Wind even kills one of them.

The Drunkard
It means nothing. They just grabbed some random names out of the book and had Davos say "these guys are gonna help you Stan" to try to explain what they were still doing on Dragonstone. They aren't of any relevance in the show and likely won't be ever again.
Konradsmith
It was just a comic beat within the scene. Those two House names are particularly rustic and insignificant-sounding, hence their use in setting up Stan's "pantry" quip. There's nothing more to it than that, nor does there really need to be. Lord Davos Baratheon
The "they don't have enough men between them to raid a pantry" line was pretty funny, though.

A lot of Stannis quotes, show and especially book, are really comical to me. Him describing what Bob would do against the Boltons is still my favorite quote to this day.
