Fez
Very sad. In addition to all his other work, I played an awful lot of Civilization IV which featured him as narrator of the tech tree. So I listened to him read various famous quotes hundreds of times. Its a small thing in his lengthy career, but one that I appreciated a great deal. Littlefingers In The Air
"Accepting death - by understanding that every life comes to an end, when time demands it. Loss of life is to be mourned, but only if the life was wasted." Rest in peace.
JonCon's Red Beard
I was around 12 when I discovered Star Trek. I mean, I knew of the show but that's around the time (1994) when I became a "fan" of TNG. We used to gather in a garage in a kinda posh neighbourhood, and watched the episodes that weren't yet aired in local tv, and some episodes of DS9 and VOY (in original language, which I barely understood). Of course, when people in school found out they made fun of me. But I didn't care because being a fan of ST made me feel special. I even asked my mom to join Starfleet, and she told me "of course, as soon as they have open admissions, I'll take you". And I got so so so so so so happy that she gave me permission without realising the trick  Rest in Peace, Leonard Nimoy. You life was long and you definitely made ours prosper :´)
