Storm Knight
A bitter truth in life according to Felicia "Snoop" Pearson from The Wire is "Deserve got nuthin' to do with it". It's all in the game I suppose.
Lord Lannister
Might? More like almost certainly is going to lose. The main question is how and when.

Fat Mac
Stannis will very likely "lose," yes. He shall die by ice (Others) or by fire (dragon). Can't see any other way personally. Both would be an awesome death.
The Man from Nowhere
When Mel realises she made a mistake about Azor Ahai being Stannis his time will be limited. However even if AA is Jon he may still support Stannis for the throne like Ned, at least initially. His real strength is his tactical noose, and I believe his purpose is tied to the Boltons fate. Chancho
I just hope he lasts a bit more, but i also see him getting a steel kiss, hope he reachs nightfort at least.
The Man from Nowhere
They should do what they did with garret dilahunt in deadwood and bring Stephen dillane back as another character. He really is that awesome! Total boss!
Good Guy Garlan
Well, yeah, if GRRM had wanted him to seat the throne he would've won at Blackwater. That said, I consider saving the Night's Watch a victory in itself
JonCon's Red Beard
I think he will be very important for the defeat of the Others and the retake of the North by the Starks, but that's it. He's going to go a la Snape, with Jon making sure people know his part was elemental to the future victory.

Hrulj
I dont think Stannis will lose. His victory would be such a slap to all the schemers and such irony. All the efforts, lies and deaths, yet things end up the same way as if they had done nothing, and the man with the strongest claim sits the throne. But if he were to die, it would be in a blaze of glory. One of those sacrifices with huge explosion or suicide charge agains all odds to save the rest.Either way, we must all admit that character matured greatly

myhousigilisthehousecat
Who knows? Once he beats the boltons, the other northern lords might betray him once rickon has been found I disagree Mr. Switzee, he's the one who got Rickon back and got rid of their worst problem. He helped them so much, they probably wouldn't be that bitchy and betray him, unless he gave them plenty of good reasons like burning people alive or he had the charisma of a white walker. Oh wait... Petyr's Little Finger
I don't think he will get the Iron Throne, but he will die heroically against the Others.
Omnimal
I know that Stannis dying the general belief, and it does seem likely, but I think an alternative ending for Stannis might be there. I don't think he'll be king. And I don't know what that alternative ending might be, but hasn't anyone else felt that way?
Mithras
I think Stannis' end will be similar to Aemond/Daemon. He will ride a shadow dragon and meet Tyrion/Viserion. Tyrion might survive the fall but not for long, I would guess.
Mikkel
There's not a lot of "might" about it (except the might any thead gets from being associated with Stannis! Heyoooooo! :cool4: ). Seriously though, everything about Stannis' arc screams that he'll die. I just want it to be epic and "for good" - and it'd be nice if the people learned about it, but I think it's equally likely that he'll die as hated as he lived. Lord of Nutella
Well, Stannis has always been the underdog...if he wins, it would be friggin awesome. I dont give up in him yet, but i have to admit that he cant really win by his own strength alone anymore.
Alayne's Shadow.
I think Stannis has played his bigger part and WInds is his Swan Song. I'm not sure if he will take Winterfell, but if he does, then he might fall later, but still before Dream.
