(Book and Show Spoilers) - Examining Musical Themes in the Show

I have a survey type question, particularly for those who (like me) are obsessed with the score of Game of Thrones. I'm a music producer and I recently thought of a fun musical project / experiment...

I want to take different sections of TWOIAF - excerpts of a couple simultaneous pages - and attempt to create a score that musically conveys the events on the pages. Ramin Djawadi, composer of Game of Thrones, has clearly followed in the footsteps of John Williams, Hans Zimmer, Howard Shore, etc... all of whom have extensively implemented and re-popularized use of the leitmotif in modern film scores. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this concept, a leitmotif is a recurrent theme throughout a musical or literary composition, associated with a particular person, idea, or situation. Just as in LotR, where each race, and central concepts have their own melody, which signals to the viewer the presence of a certain character, theme, etc.

Jumping back to GoT, for anyone who is interested in the leitmotifs in the show, I have compiled the name of a few tracks that exemplify leitmotifs of various Houses / Characters:

Houses

Stark Theme

  • Winter is Coming (S1)
  • King of the North (S2)

Lannister Theme (Usually a snippet of the Rains of Castamere melody)

  • Two Swords (An awesome example of the Stark theme and the Lannister theme interwoven) (S4)
  • You Are No Son of Mine (S4)

Targaryen

  • Fire and Blood (S1)

Characters

Daenarys - a variant of the Targaryen Theme

  • Love is in the Eyes (Daenarys' main theme) (S1)
  • Mhysa (last scene & end credits of Season 3);
  • Forgive me (A sad variation, when Dany dismisses Jorah) (S4)

Jon - a variant of the Stark Theme

  • Jon's Honor (S1)
  • Goodbye Brother (S1)

Littlefinger - I LOVE Djawadi's use of LF's theme - you don't hear it in full until Season 3, (Chaos is a Ladder) but awesomely, it is also heard in Season 1, "A Raven From King's Landing", which shows the raven delivering news of Jon Arryn's death. We don't find out Littlefinger was behind the Jon Arryn conspiracy until SEASON 4, yet it was brilliantly foreshadowed to vigilant viewers, via the music, all the way back in Season 1!

  • A Raven From King's Landing (S1)
  • Chaos is a Ladder (S3)

Arya (the Faceless Men/Braavos theme)

  • Valar Morghulis

Stannis & Melisandre (The Red God theme)

  • The Lord of Light (S2)
  • Warrior of Light (S2)

Ygritte

  • You Know Nothing (S3)
  • The Real North (S4)

White Walkers

  • North of the Wall

You get the idea. I'm explaining these motifs to give people an idea of what I'm trying to do. I will use these various motifs and interweave them with my own composition to create a musical interpretation of various sections of TWOIAF. (Just for fun, not for commercial purposes)... This is where I need your opinions. If people are interested I'll upload these projects when I'm finished.

TLDR: What do you think would be some cool sections of TWOIAF that would sound epic as a music score?

Thanks!
