We know that Petyr has been buying up people's debt and that he probably embezzled a ton of money while the Master of Coin. Baelish's family is originally from Braavos,too. Could Petyr now be one of the keyholders? I'm not sure how this would further his story or what information we could derive from it but it does seem interesting.
