Stannis vs Boltons this season?

Probably not. GRRM said 4 characters who are still alive in the books will die this season. First was Mance, 2nd was Barristan, 3rd is most likely Meryn Trant so that leaves only one more dying character who is still alive in books. I can't imagine the Stannis vs. Boltons to end up only with one death of a named character.

It's probably Loras.

The fourth is likely Shireen. Its's been hinted at now, on the show since the back half of last season. The writers are not going to keep pointing toward it occuring and then, have it not. The only way it doesn't happen, in my opinion, is if Stannis is killed instead, trying to save her.

Jorah isn't going anywhere. He will bring Greyscale, back to Westeros, I think that is clear.

The 4th is for sure Bronn

He takes role of Oakheart and Jaime is Balon Swann
