PhilHibbs
Has anyone figured out what Nikolai's duck spoiler was all about?
Aemon's counsel
It was just Nikolaj dicking about with book readers, just like Lena did with her 'stone heart' when S4 was airing. Things like this are why I try to avoid most GoT publicity stuff, as it gets a bit wearing how the cast and crew seemingly like to shit on and dismiss those who've read the books. Khorkalba
The stone heart was brilliant. I also loved how the leaked 'previously on Game of Thrones' for episode 10 hinted at Benjen coming back only to have Olly of all characters use it as bait. RedShirt47
In the books Balon Swann goes to Dorne to rescue Mycella.A Swan is a water bird, a bit like a duck. In the show Jaime goes to Dorne to rescue Mycella. So he is taking the place of a big white duck...

In the show Jaime goes to Dorne to rescue Mycella. So he is taking the place of a big white duck... Yeah thats what I thought too. A swan is kind of like a duck and his story was kind of like Balon Swan's. There are those who will also ask if the choice of the word duck is significant. I personally don't think it is but with the way this season wrapped up who knows?
Lord Lannister
Hilarious, that was. Benjen Bait hype! LOL Yeah, the writers were clearly trolling the book audience with that one, but even I gotta admit it was funny.
Knight who says Nitpick
In the books Balon Swann goes to Dorne to rescue Mycella. A Swan is a water bird, a bit like a duck. In the show Jaime goes to Dorne to rescue Mycella. So he is taking the place of a big white duck... So, if Jaime weighs the same as a duck, he's made of wood and, therefore, a witch? Visceral Varys
So, if Jaime weighs the same as a duck, he's made of wood and, therefore, a witch? He did turn Ned into a Newt. He didn't get better.
