BormonReborn
I watched the season premier of Teen Wolf last night. Honestly the show is a bit stupid and the plots are filled with holes, dead ends, and unexplained connections. HOWEVER, I really like the cast and their performances. On that basis alone, I keep coming back. What other shows do you think fall in this category?

Mexal
If by great actors, you mean great actor. :) I'm ok with the others for the most part. Spader is the draw but they do a good enough job to keep me watching.
Red Tiger
If by great actors, you mean great actor. :) It's not just James Spader (who has the charisma of 10 men), but there have been plenty of villains of the week who were played by very good actors...actors who were utilized veeeery poorly. Suits was great in the beginning, but you 100% right. Its all about the cast now. (HELLLOOOO GINA TORRES!)
David Selig
Game of Thrones after Season 1 is a textbook example.
Fat Mac
I watched the first few episodes of Under the Dome because of Dean Norris, but I just couldn't go on. I wouldn't call House of Cards bad per se, but a lot of it stretches any form of credibility or realism, and that's definitely what prevents it from being as good as it could have been. But I still enjoy Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright immensely in it, and the acting all around is really good.

Suits was so good early but now it's so annoying. I still watch but only when bored.

aceluby
House of Cards Such a ridiculous, unbelievable plot, but the acting is really top notch.
Ferrum Aeternum
House of Cards Such a ridiculous, unbelievable plot, but the acting is really top notch. Yep, that's my #1. Hell on Wheels also qualifies for me. I still like most of the performances on the show but the plot went off the rails the last couple of seasons. BormonReborn
Still have to see S4 of Hell on Wheels, but I can see where you're coming from. Some of the plots are a bit ridiculous. Me too. The show started so great, but once we started getting the Swede being the psycho-murder who becomes a Mormon Bishop I knew the plots were going to be crazy. Supernatural WAS another show that fell in this category for me until recently. But once I hit season 9, even the great characters couldn't hold my interest anymore. I had to bail.
