I am better described by the cheeses I don't like.

But if you really want to delve into who people are here than deeper queries are needed.

The cured meat one most identifies with had long been the most reliable metric to classify people.

I am brined and smoked beef tongue shaved thin and accented with cornichons and spicy mustard.
