Sage of Westeros Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Which two Characters do you feel would make an awesome pairing together, be it from epic dialogue, potential greatness, or just pure badassery? Myself, I think Stannis and Victarion would make an awesome pairing because they are so alike and so different. Both were loyal to their eldest brother who was a bad king/lord. Both are dutiful, are seen with dread, believe in justice, claim their brother's crown, have no luck with wives or children, and are both made iron. Victarion admired Balon whereas Stannis looks at Robert with distaste. Victarion leads his charges, Stannis trusts in his men. Victarion doesn't know the game exists, Stannis has understood the rules for a long time. Other Pairings I consider potentially awesome are: -Tywin and Robb -The Reader and Aemon -Ramsay and Joffrey -Greatjon and Davos (both lost fingers and became eternally loyal) -Bran and Willas (smart cripples unite) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's hard to beat the following combination should you want to make war: Daenerys Targaryen and Randyll Tarly Daenerys Targaryen and Jorah Mormont To administer an unruly kingdom: Varys and Tyrion Tywin Lannister and anybody with a pulse To play the game of thrones and move up the ladder of power: Varys and Littlefinger Walder Frey and Roose Bolton To elect an incompetent to a position of leadership: Samwell Tarly and his double-chins Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
