Thchnically he is still a boyAnd he remained single for 30 more years ! Was he extremely in love or he mistrusted woman after that? Poor guy. You mean Lady Rogarre from Lys. who some believe is the ancestor of Varys. You know who would be even more miserable? Elmar Frey if he got stuck with Squab (Arya). She can do that to any man. His wife left him and he ended up caught in an eternal "Baywatch" episode where instead of hot girls running there are only noisy kids splashing around all day and the David Haselhoff character is his brother and there are smashed smelly oranges all over the place. I do agree that he was an even crappier husband,. Stannis-While he was miserable that he has Selyse as his wife, he also miserable that he has Florent as Inlaws(the only smart and likable Florent's family members are Sam's mom,Shireen,Edric Storm,and Sam's brother).
