BoD Casting Call

Recommended Posts

Though this thread is kinda old, I can't resist.

Steven Morrissey (from The Smiths) + Bruce Campbell (from Evil Dead 2) = Ser Burton Crakehall

Of course you'll have to use your imagination as far as the eye goes ;)

So, I was thinking about it, and I was trying to find someone age appropriate, but then decided screw it.

Paul Giammatti. He'd need a dye job and a toupee, probably, but he'd be perfectly able to pull off the civilized sleaze I try and aim for when I'm not RPing drunk--in which case I usually go for a cheap laugh.

Runners up if he wasn't available: Geoffrey Rush or Alan Rickman.

EDIT: OK, I changed my mind. An actor that would be perfect for Myles recently came to my attention that I knew of but just slipped my mind when I was considering this: James Purefoy. He'd be great as Myles.

This one I know! A young Kate Winslet, a bit younger than the following images, but general idea:

Oh! Hey - younger (bit thin maybe) and period and looking like she might be around Lannisters!

I already posted in this thread, but I couldn't find a decent picture. The closest I could think of was Eljah Wood. He's just crazy and charming enough at the same time while still having that young look.

Just realised I haven't posted here yet. For Dagur, it'd have to be Christian Bale:

For Conrad, a young Peter O' Toole:

It might just be the appropriateness of his role in Prince Caspian, but Ben Barnes with the proper scar would do nicely for Falon.

I'm not sure about Willard yet. A young actor, who can smirk the shit out of people is what's needed :) But I could live with James McAvoy - http://www.talenty.pl/zdjecia/12763_james_mcavoy_i_inni_w___arthur_christmas__.jpg (not sure if he's handsome though, always had a problem with grading male standards of beauty/handsomeness).

Funny how this thread popped up-- you knew it would happen eventually. I've always imagined Jaesin as looking much like DAVID BECKHAM, so I suppose he's my best choice.

What's that you say? Becks ain't no actor, guv'nor? Well as it happens, he doesn't need to be; all Jaesin has to do in the movie is sit around looking handsome and pick the occasional fight with badguys.

Beckham is great at the one, and if we just picture my enemies in an Argentina jersey, he'll do better than you realize.

Ahh but I do correct... He was in a movie .... Yep he was... " Bend it like Beckham" Decent movie... :)
