Great jumpin Jehosephat -- that monkey looks exactly, I mean EXACTLY like a childhood neighbor of mine.  Down to the badly-applied lipstick and the costume jewelry.  Her name was Muriel.  Her toy poodle's name was Fifi.  And she looked exactly like your monkey.
