This is pretty cool Garlan! How long have you been making these?

Thanks, wasn't sure if anyone would appreciate them :P. I stumbled along this form of pixel art about 5 years ago. I've done more, but these are the ones I have done for books that I have read. I think Sandor and Jon are the oldest ones here. All of the Malazan ones are recent (not quite satisfied with Whiskeyjack's face, seems a bit flat). If anyone is interested in how this is done, please PM me and I'd be glad to go into further detail.
